I believe ADHD coaching support should be open, compassionate, and accessible to all. Having been diagnosed later in life, I understand the isolation that comes from years without the right understanding or language. My mission is to provide inclusive support for people who are often underserved, including those on lower incomes, students, and anyone on the margins of mainstream systems.
ADHD Coaching Under-16s Pathway
I work with neurodivergent parents of ADHD children under 16, focusing on the parent’s own self-regulation, clarity, confidence and wellbeing. When their child turns 16, there’s an optional pathway into direct ADHD coaching with the young person.

ADHD support shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be available to anyone who needs it. My mission is to make coaching open, human, and affordable, because understanding your mind shouldn’t depend on your income or circumstance. I offer flexible pricing so everyone can access meaningful support.

If you live within 10 miles of the SK12 postcode, I also offer Walk & Talk ADHD Coaching. These sessions take place outdoors, combining movement, nature, and grounded conversation. They’re ideal for those who think better on the move and want space to be heard without feeling boxed in.

I am Rick an ADHD coach, creative, and lifelong non-conformist from East Cheshire. I was diagnosed late in life after decades of trying to fit systems that never quite fit me. That experience taught me something important: every brain deserves understanding and empathy. I help ADHDers reconnect with their real selves rooted in self-worth, inner belief, and the freedom to know your value without needing to prove it. Together, we'll embrace self-acceptance, build self-compassion, and learn to work with what's already within you, so you can navigate life in a way that gently honours how your beautiful unique brain actually works.
